M\u00eame les sportifs d&rsquo;ultra endurance doivent r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;apport de sucres (f\u00e9culents,&#8230;) lors de certains entra\u00eenements. Cet article me conforte dans mon discours (r\u00e9duire les sucres) sur le coaching pour des efforts longs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Sur distance IronMan en triathlon on estime la d\u00e9pense \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 9626kcal pour r\u00e9aliser un chrono de 9:05:45.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le stockage des glucides endog\u00e8nes est d\u2019environ 3000kcal ce qui est insuffisant <a><\/a>pour satisfaire les besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut estimer qu\u2019un individu de 70kg avec 10% de graisses corporelles poss\u00e8de 68 250kcal d\u2019\u00e9nergie disponible avec les acides gras endog\u00e8nes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le glycog\u00e8ne est le carburant le plus important lors d\u2019un exercice d\u2019endurance. Mais lorsque les r\u00e9serves s\u2019\u00e9puisent la fatigue augmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame un apport \u00e9lev\u00e9 en glucides exog\u00e8nes (90-120g\/ h) ne permet pas de satisfaire les besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques lors d\u2019un triathlon IronMan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut apprendre \u00e0 l\u2019organisme \u00e0 mieux utiliser les graisses endog\u00e8nes durant l\u2019effort en am\u00e9liorant la flexibilit\u00e9 m\u00e9tabolique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entra\u00eenement IM doit s\u2019axer sur la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019utilisation des glucides \u00e0 l\u2019intensit\u00e9 cible IM afin de retarder l\u2019apparition de la fatigue li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9puisement du glycog\u00e8ne.
