J\u2019ai besoin d\u2019avoir un programme sinon j\u2019ai du mal \u00e0 me motiver\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><u>Isabelle \u00ab\u00a0finisher ironman de Barcelone 2012\u00a0\u00bb<\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0\u00eatre pr\u00eate pour le jour J,\u00a0permet de progresser,\u00a0\u00eatre s\u00fbre de bien m\u2019entra\u00eener (qualit\u00e9, quantit\u00e9),\u00a0\u00e9viter les blessures,\u00a0au vu de ma charge hebdomadaire (maman, femme, boulot, b\u00e9n\u00e9volats, autres passions), cela me permet de r\u00e9partir ma semaine et de m\u2019entra\u00eener (sinon je m\u2019entra\u00eenerais moins),\u00a0de garder un certain niveau acquis\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><u>Eric \u00ab\u00a0progresser en course \u00e0 pied\u00a0\u00bb<\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0On a d\u00e9j\u00e0 moins tendance \u00e0 trouver une excuse pour ne pas faire une s\u00e9ance car si on demande les conseils de\u00a0quelqu\u2019un\u00a0et que l\u2019on fait ce que l\u2019on veut, cela n\u2019a pas d\u2019utilit\u00e9. Cela permet de bien g\u00e9rer sa condition car tout seul on aurai tendance \u00e0 en faire trop \u00a0ou pas assez et obtenir l\u2019effet inverse de ce que l\u2019on cherche.
