A l&rsquo;inverse compl\u00e9ter une s\u00e9ance basse intensit\u00e9 par de l&rsquo;endurance musculaire (30-60% 1RM) semble b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur les adaptations des fibres de type 1 <em>(Les fibres de Type 1\u00a0sont souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des fibres\u00a0\u00e0 contraction lente, elles sont r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la fatigue)<\/em>au niveau m\u00e9tabolique et structurelles.<br><br>En triathlon les interf\u00e9rences sont minimes car le d\u00e9veloppement de la masse et de la force ne sont pas prioritaires. Sauf en pr\u00e9saison mais le niveau de force est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moyen.
